Privacy notice.
Who handles your information
Amwell Industrial uses information you provide to assess property and land opportunities and respond to enquiries.
For a question about your information or to exercise your rights, use the details on our contact page.
What we collect and why
When enquiries are open, we collect your name, an email address or phone number and your message or property particulars. You can include a property location if known. You may provide a company name, asking price, listing link, brochure and how you found Amwell Industrial. The optional enquiry source helps us understand which introductions lead to suitable opportunities. General enquiries do not require property details. We use this information to respond, assess opportunities and keep a record of correspondence, next actions and relevant internal notes. We also record the opportunity stage, suitability, reasons for closing a discussion and the time of a first personal response. If you provide an email address, we may send a receipt acknowledgement.
Our legitimate interests are assessing relevant property opportunities, responding to approaches and maintaining proportionate business records. If discussions progress, other lawful bases may apply to contractual steps and legal obligations. You do not need to provide optional information.
Storage and sharing
Submitted enquiries and brochures are held in a restricted enquiry register. Our website hosting, storage and email service providers process information to operate the service. Relevant information may be shared with professional advisers where needed to assess or progress a transaction, or where the law requires it. We do not sell enquiry information or publish submitted particulars.
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Email delivery is configured separately before launch. Providers may process information outside the UK; the applicable contractual safeguards and provider arrangements must be confirmed before live enquiries are enabled.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept while it is needed to assess the opportunity and manage related correspondence. The need to retain it is reviewed when discussions end, taking account of any ongoing business relationship, legal obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Unneeded information should be deleted. A record retention procedure will be confirmed before launch.
Security and essential website information
The enquiry service validates submissions and limits repeated requests. A daily salted hash derived from an IP address is used for abuse prevention; the application does not store the raw IP address with an enquiry. Hosting providers may keep their own security logs.
We have not added advertising cookies, behavioural analytics or marketing tracking. Essential hosting and access services may use cookies. The private review version requires sign-in through the hosting platform.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the applicable rules, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may also have a right to data portability. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You are also welcome to raise your concern with us first.
No automatic suitability decisions
Property opportunities are reviewed individually. The form does not automatically reject a property because of its location, size, price or category. Technical validation and abuse prevention are separate from the acquisition review.
